Monitoreo y acompañamiento académico de estudiantes de educación superior utilizando tecnologías emergentes

Resumen

Este estudio explora la implementación de programas de acompañamiento académico para estudiantes universitarios, utilizando tecnologías emergentes para mejorar la retención y el éxito estudiantil. A través de un análisis sistemático de artículos indexados en Scopus, DOAJ, Scielo, Semantic Scholar y ProQuest, siguiendo las directrices PRISMA, se examinan las metodologías y estilos de acompañamiento académico, así como los factores clave que inciden en su eficacia. Los resultados indican que el uso de tecnologías emergentes desempeña un papel crucial en estos programas, permitiendo la individualización y adecuación a los intereses personales de los discentes. La investigación subraya la importancia de los estilos de apoyo tanto formales como informales y revela factores predictivos del éxito académico y del abandono, enfatizando la necesidad de respuestas flexibles y oportunas a las condiciones y desafíos a los que hacen frente los discentes en el entorno universitario actual. Los resultados sugieren que una integración adecuada de las tecnologías y un enfoque centrado en el estudiante pueden influir significativamente en la cultura y las políticas institucionales, apoyando a los estudiantes de riesgo y garantizando su éxito académico y personal.
