Objective: To analyze the influence of work motivation on teaching performance at the Don Bosco Salesian Technical Educational Institute 2021. Methodology: A longitudinal correlational design was implemented, the target population and sample consisted of 30 teachers. A non-probability convenience sampling was used. For data collection, the main technique used in this research was the survey. A questionnaire was used as a central instrument. To determine the reliability of the instrument, Cronbach's Alpha test statistic was used. For statistical analysis, the Shapiro-Wilk test was applied. Findings: The result of the correlation of the Work Motivation variables with teaching performance at the 'Don Bosco' Salesian Technical Educational Institute 2021, analyzed in light of the data presented by the same teachers involved, indicates a value of 0.92 in the Pearson test, which translates into the existence of a very high and positive relationship between the variables analyzed in the research. By improving the motivational elements of teaching staff, their teaching performance will significantly improve. Conclusion: The influence of work motivation on teaching performance at the "Don Bosco" Salesian Technical Educational Institute in 2021 reveals a complex interaction of salary, working conditions, and professional development factors that influence the perception of teaching performance. While working conditions are valued positively, there are significant areas for improvement in relation to salary satisfaction and professional development opportunities.
